Bathrooms Are Not My Friends

So as the title says, the bathroom and I are not friends. Here are my reasons:

Reason 1: As I said in my previous post, I locked myself out of my room while standing in only a towel. I was in a towel because I was going to the bathroom to take a shower.

Reason 2: I was walking to the bathroom and ran into the door...

Reason 3: I was taking a shower (I got to get into it this time at least) and what happens?... I fall on my back HARD! I smacked my head pretty good and bruised my back.

Reason 4: But apparently I am have been using the bathroom all wrong anyway. I was using the restroom at RMIT when I hear someone else come in...or, as I would soon realize, two someones. Yes, a couple walked in to a women's restroom stall at SCHOOL and began to have sex.

Broke-Ass Student Life

Okay, I am not actually broke, but I feel like I am. I am trying to save every penny to be able to travel as much as possible while I am here. They have really cool clothes here and some awesome restaurants but boy oh boy is it all expensive.

To complete a small (and I do mean super small) load of laundry, it costs me $5! So I end up having to do almost 3-4 loads a week and as many of you know, I don't own that many clothes. So I am washing my clothes ($3) and then putting my clothes on the clothes line to dry. My apartment building has the laundry failities up on the roof. The upside is that I get to see this beautiful sunset when I go back up to get my clothes.

I also buy all my own food at the Queen Victoria Market and cook every meal. One of my roommates eats our for every meal and it costs him almost $12 a meal which is over $250 a week! I only spend $100 or less on my food.

Plus I spent $10 to become a part of the student union here. This means that I get free breakfast on Tuesdays, free BBQ lunch on Wednesdays, and free brunch on Thursdays! You know I will be hitting that up every week!

I went to the free BBQ today. It was a piece of white bread with grilled onions and a hot dog. It was very simple and the line was atrociously long but lordy it was yummy!
